Tea Leaf Reader ships from our studio in Berwick, Victoria, Australia.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Thailand.

Countries we no longer ship to

Due to new international customs regulations and the significant duties and compliance costs these impose on small independent businesses, we are no longer able to ship to the European Union, Norway, or Switzerland. This decision was not made lightly. We are a small family business, just the two of us, and the new regulatory requirements are simply not viable for us to absorb or manage at this time.

We hope to revisit this in the future and are grateful for the support we have received from our customers in those regions.

Customs duties and taxes — UK and Canada

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in your order total and are not something we are able to predict or cover on your behalf.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Dispatch times

All orders are packed and dispatched by hand from our Berwick studio. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for dispatch, with international delivery times varying by destination.
