Returns Policy

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MIND

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 14 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUST) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.

Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.


DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement where possible. Not applicable on one of a kind items. We will cover all return shipping costs.

Please report any issue within 5 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you provide clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage, so we can expedite your request efficiently.

The imagery is permanently fired into the glaze, so it will not fade or wash off with regular use. Loose leaf tea works best for readings -- the leaves settle at the bottom of the cup to form the symbols you will interpret. We include tea samples with every set so you can start straight away. Both black and green tea blends work beautifully. You can use a tea bag if you wish and all these tips are in the FREE course.

We offer free shipping on every order. Domestic Australian orders typically arrive within 3--7 business days. International orders vary by destination but generally arrive within 7--21 business days. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your set arrives safely. All items are sent with tracked shipping via Australia Post.
