Returns Policy
CHANGE OF MINDIf you change your mind about your purchase, we're happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the exact same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Our shipping costs typically run between $17 and $25 AUD per order, so we're unable to cover this on change-of-mind returns. Refunds to your original payment method are not offered for change of mind, a store credit or exchange will be issued instead.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Refunds are granted for faulty or damaged goods upon arrival, provided clear photographic evidence is supplied.

I am absolutely in love with Karin’s Tea Leaf Reading coins and the accompanying mat — they are stunning! The coins are extremely vivid and vibrant, with a gorgeous gloss that makes every symbol pop. The mat is equally beautiful and colorful; I’m a total stickler for vibrancy and she absolutely pulled it off. The images are rich and lively and everything feels so well done and professional.
Karen is incredibly kind and attentive — she even included extra goodies and always responds to my emails, which has been so helpful because I’ve sent her a lot about custom orders. This is probably my tenth purchase from her store and I’ve never been disappointed. Her craftsmanship and attention to tiny details show so much love and passion.
One item I also highly recommend are the Tea Leaf Reading buttons (if they’re still available) — they’re these adorable little buttons instead of charms and are absolutely gorgeous. The beauty of Karen’s system is its flexibility: you can use the buttons with the mat, then layer on top with charms or pair with her tea leaf cards. It’s such a groundbreaking system with so many layers and ways to personalize readings.
Do yourself a favor and read the guide she provides (and check the link in the booklets). I absolutely loved the videos she made explaining the readings and her other mat systems — they make learning the method so approachable and inspiring. I’ve also purchased her Alice in Wonderland button system — so beautiful and gorgeous!
I am a tarot reader and offer many divination systems and have also created my own (I own over 400 tarot/oracle decks and see many clients), and this system is one of my favorites to use for clients. It always leaves them excited by the colors, imagery, and depth of interpretation. I’m very, very happy with everything.

Each coin is approximately 25mm, about one inch across, in solid metal with a clean minimalist back and the symbol on the face. They are weighty enough to cast well and small enough to travel with.
Coins are flat and uniform, so they stack neatly, travel well and land cleanly when cast. Charms are three dimensional and read partly by the way they land. Many readers happily use both together.
