How to Use

Brew a cup of loose-leaf tea and drink it, leaving a small amount of liquid and tea leaves in the cup. Swirl the cup three times clockwise, then tip it upside down onto the saucer for 30 seconds to drain. Turn the cup right-side up and read the symbols formed by the tea leaves against the Major Arcana symbols printed inside the cup. Draw on your understanding of tarot meanings to deepen your interpretation, and use the included symbols guidebook for reference.

Scan the QR code in your guidebook to access your free online video course, taught by Karin herself, for step-by-step guidance. Care note: hand wash only. Do not use a dishwasher or microwave.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about your purchase, we're happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the exact same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Our shipping costs typically run between $17 and $25 AUD per order, so we're unable to cover this on change-of-mind returns. Refunds to your original payment method are not offered for change of mind, a store credit or exchange will be issued instead.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Refunds are granted for faulty or damaged goods upon arrival, provided clear photographic evidence is supplied.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our teacups are made from high-quality New Bone China -- the same material used in fine dining sets around the world. The imagery is permanently fired into the glaze, so it will not fade or wash off with regular use. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the 24K gold accents, but these cups are designed to be enjoyed daily, not just displayed.

Every set comes with a symbols guidebook and a QR code that unlocks a free online video course (valued at $110), taught by Karin herself. The course walks you through everything step by step -- from brewing your first cup to interpreting the symbols with confidence. No prior experience needed.

This is one of our most popular gift items. The set arrives beautifully presented and includes everything the recipient needs to get started -- the cup, saucer, spoon, tea samples, guidebook, and access to the full video course. Loose leaf tea works best for readings -- the leaves settle at the bottom of the cup to form the symbols you will interpret. We include tea samples with every set so you can start straight away. Both black and green tea blends work beautifully. You can use a tea bag if you wish and all these tips are in the FREE course.

We offer free shipping on every order. Domestic Australian orders typically arrive within 2--8 business days. International orders vary by destination but generally arrive within 5--12 business days.
