CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about your purchase, we're happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the exact same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Our shipping costs typically run between $17 and $25 AUD per order, so we're unable to cover this on change-of-mind returns. Refunds to your original payment method are not offered for change of mind, a store credit or exchange will be issued instead.

Groundbreaking and beautiful system

I am absolutely smitten with the beautiful mat & system Karin has built — it is breathtaking! The colors are extremely vibrant and every detail pops beautifully. The charms are so much fun and add such a playful, meaningful touch to each reading. Karen is such a wonderful person to interact with; her kindness truly made a difference and made the whole experience so warm and personal.

This is probably my tenth purchase from her store and I have never been disappointed. Every item is excellently crafted — you can feel the love and passion poured into each project through all the tiny little details. What a beautiful mat and system for giving professional, high-value readings. I find this system genuinely groundbreaking: there are so many layers to the readings you can do, and it opens up deep, nuanced insight. Anyone who takes divination seriously would absolutely aspire to learn this — it’s that powerful and rich.

I also HIGHLY recommend checking out the free course she offers in the little booklets — the courses are absolutely wonderful and amazing. I’m so glad I was introduced to this new type of card-reading system and to Karen’s specific method. I have received yet another treasure from Karin : ) I had been looking at the Steampunk Reversible Charm casting mat for a while and finally ordered it and I'm glad I did, it is a quality mat and you can feel the care that Karin puts into making them. It's a dream to use and the more you work with it the more you'll come to appreciate it, I love the tin it comes in making it easy to keep your charms with it ready to go when you are. My order arrived quickly to the UK beautifully packaged with some lovely extra treats inside.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sizes vary by design and are listed on each product page. As a guide, the circular velvet mats are around 13 inches, roughly 32cm across, and the rectangular house mats are around 43cm by 28cm.

Spot clean with a barely damp cloth and allow it to dry flat. Please do not machine wash your mat, as this can mark the velvet and the printed surface. Store it rolled or laid flat, away from direct sunlight.

Mats are folded or rolled for posting, so there may be a soft crease when you first open it. Lay it flat for a day or two and it will settle on its own. There is no need to iron it.

The mat works with whatever you already read with, whether that is charms, coins, dice, a pendulum or cards. Charms are not included unless the product page says so, and they are available separately.

Every order is packed and dispatched by hand from Berwick, Victoria, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Australian orders generally arrive within 2 to 8 business days, and international orders within 5 to 12 business days. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend, and everything is sent with tracking. For our US customers, tariffs are covered.

Most of our products include a QR code that unlocks a free online video course valued at 110 dollars, taught by Karin herself. Scan the code, work through the lessons at your own pace, and you will know exactly how to use your new tools. Every purchase also comes with an invitation to the members only Tea Table Circle.
