CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about your purchase, we're happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the exact same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Our shipping costs typically run between $17 and $25 AUD per order, so we're unable to cover this on change-of-mind returns. Refunds to your original payment method are not offered for change of mind, a store credit or exchange will be issued instead.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Refunds are granted for faulty or damaged goods upon arrival, provided clear photographic evidence is supplied.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sizes vary by design and are listed on each product page. As a guide, the circular velvet mats are around 13 inches, roughly 32cm across, and the rectangular house mats are around 43cm by 28cm.

Spot clean with a barely damp cloth and allow it to dry flat. Please do not machine wash your mat, as this can mark the velvet and the printed surface. Store it rolled or laid flat, away from direct sunlight.

Mats are folded or rolled for posting, so there may be a soft crease when you first open it. Lay it flat for a day or two and it will settle on its own. There is no need to iron it.

The mat works with whatever you already read with, whether that is charms, coins, dice, a pendulum or cards. Charms are not included unless the product page says so, and they are available separately.

Every order is packed and dispatched by hand from Berwick, Victoria, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Australian orders generally arrive within 2 to 8 business days, and international orders within 5 to 12 business days. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend, and everything is sent with tracking. For our US customers, tariffs are covered.

Most of our products include a QR code that unlocks a free online video course valued at 110 dollars, taught by Karin herself.
